UPDATE:

Approximately 2000 checks were printed on April 18, 2014 and mailed within the next 5 days. Since the mailing of these checks, approximately 400 checks have been returned to the Trustee, and after obtaining current mailing addresses, most of the checks have been re-mailed. There are currently 300 uncashed checks. Every day, checks are continuing to clear the bank accounts and everyday checks with undeliverable addresses are being returned to the Trustee.

All checks have a 90-day stale date which means that after July 20, 2014 the outstanding checks will be void. Once that date passes, the Trustee will reissue checks to those people who have contacted the Trustee stating they have not received their checks and have provided a current mailing address. All other checks will have stop-payments issued and the funds will be turned over to the Bankruptcy Court under each individual’s name.

After a diligent search of over 350 boxes of client files, all client files in the Trustee's possession have been returned to former clients of My US Legal Services and US Loan Auditors who timely-returned, completed Client File notices. Former clients may have provided documents to My US Legal Services and US Loan Auditors that were not in any of the boxes in the Trustee's possession and the Trustee can only return what is in her possession. All remaining client files and business records of My US Legal Services and US Loan Auditors will be destroyed. Payments on account of allowed claims should in the mail by the end of December 2013.

Client files that are being returned to former clients of My US Legal Services and US Loan Auditors are being mailed between August 16 and 31, 2013 to those who timely returned, completed Client File notices.
